4. Photos, Video, and Client Content

Visual content is at the heart of what we do, so we handle it with care.

  • Client ownership and licensing. Usage rights for photos and videos we create are defined in your client agreement. This policy does not change those terms.
  • Portfolio and marketing use. With your consent, we may feature selected images, video clips, and testimonials on our website, social media, and promotional materials. You can ask us not to use your content, or to remove it from our channels going forward, by contacting us.
  • Model releases. When people appear on camera, we use model releases or written consent where required. If you appear in content without having signed a release and want it removed from our channels, contact us.
  • Events and public settings. At events, conferences, and workshops we produce or attend, attendees may be photographed or filmed. Where possible, notice is posted at the event. Let us know on site or afterward if you do not wish to appear.
  • Studio rentals. Content created by renters in our studio belongs to the renter. Our studio may have security cameras in common areas for safety; they are never placed in restrooms or changing areas.
